Step-by-step guide for WashPoint
Doing your laundry at WashPoint is super easy! In our laundromat in Stuttgart, everything is conveniently operated via the central touchscreen – simple, fast, and self-explanatory. Each step is clearly described and easy to follow. Thanks to the language selection on the screen, you’ll find your way around right away – simply choose German, English, Turkish, Italian or Russian.
Here you’ll find an overview of how to easily and quickly wash and dry your laundry at WashPoint – explained step by step.
Washing
Choose an available washing machine, load your laundry, and close the door.
At the payment terminal, select the corresponding machine number.
Select a wash program and tap “Purchase.”
Pay the amount with cash or your customer card.
Press the green start button on the machine.
Drying
After washing, place your laundry into an available dryer.
At the payment terminal, select the desired dryer.
Select the drying time and tap “Purchase.”
Pay the amount with cash or your customer card.
On the dryer, press the desired temperature button (40°C, 60°C, or 80°C).
Detergent & fabric softener
At the payment terminal, select “Detergent” or “Fabric Softener.”
Tap “Pay” and insert coins or bills to complete the payment.
The cup will be automatically filled with detergent or fabric softener.
Take the cup and pour the detergent or fabric softener into the designated compartment of the washing machine. (For programs with pre-wash, divide the detergent between the pre-wash and main wash compartments.)
Borrow a discount card
At the payment terminal, select “Buy discount card.”
Pay the deposit of €5.00 in cash.
Remove the discount card.
Return discount card
Rabattkarte in den Kassenautomaten stecken.
Select “Return discount card.”
The €5 deposit will be refunded.
